Information this form collects
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email, city, optional county, rental address, ZIP code, ready-by date, rental duration, equipment preference, optional planning details, and consent to contact you. Do not include card numbers, identification documents, or private gate credentials.
How your request is sent and used
This website sends the form contents to Web3Forms over HTTPS to route the inquiry to the business’s configured email destination. Ronald Rental Works uses the inquiry to discuss availability, prepare a quote, and respond about the requested rental. A form submission is not a reservation or a payment.
Hosting and third-party processing
Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, and server logs. Web3Forms processes the submitted inquiry and associated technical information under its own policies. Email providers also process messages sent to and from the business. Web Stories load the AMP runtime from Google’s AMP content-delivery network, which receives technical requests when those stories are viewed. This website does not currently install advertising pixels or analytics scripts, and it does not set marketing cookies.
Local browser behavior
The homepage quote starter places the ZIP code and date in the contact-page URL to prefill the form. Rental and location pages may also prefill the equipment choice, city, or county through the URL. The site does not save form drafts to browser storage. Leaving or reloading the page may lose entered information. Browser autofill is controlled by your browser.
Retention and information requests
Submitted inquiries can remain in the business email system and relevant provider records. No automatic deletion period is configured by this website. Contact Ronald Rental Works to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you provided; the team will review the request and any applicable recordkeeping needs.
