Compare the same equipment and dates
Ask each quote to identify the toilet or trailer, delivery location, onsite period, cleaning frequency, supplies, pickup, and applicable tax. A basic unit with sanitizer is a different product from a flushable toilet with an internal sink. A low recurring price can also exclude a delivery or removal charge included in another offer.

Work through a historical call example

Keep event and low-use arrangements separate
A different call quoted $249 for Friday delivery and Monday pickup of a standard toilet. Another property rental used $73 delivery plus $199 rent, with monthly cleaning rather than weekly service. Confirm changes, pickup, and cancellation
The approved cancellation policy gives a full refund when cancellation is more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery; within 24 hours, it is nonrefundable. A released reservation hold may take a few days to reappear in the account. Extensions, early pickup, deposits, and damage charges should be addressed in the written agreement. Ask for the cancellation cutoff if delivery is scheduled as a window.
